Checklist for Reviewing an FWA Request



Prepare
for a review session.


Meet with the employee to discuss the proposal.

In partnership with the employee, determine if the proposed FWA meets the needs of the business, employee, team and customers.


Inform the employee as soon as possible of your decision.

Forward
the proposal, including your approval or denial, to your Human Resources representative.

If approved, update your employee’s payroll, benefits and other important records to reflect the new FWA schedule.
