How to Propose and Review an FWA

A central part of Sanofi US's approach to FWAs is the use of a standard FWA Proposal Form.  This form, completed by the employee, brings together the information that builds a business case for the requested arrangement.  It is then used as a basis for a discussion between the employee and the manager of the feasibility of the proposed arrangement.
