	How might your performance be maintained or improved on this FWA?
	How might this proposed arrangement add value to Sanofi US's work?
	What are its potential challenges to: manager, team, customers?
	With what measures, timeline will you assess effectiveness?
	What are “early warning signs” of problems?
	Are there additional costs, savings to offset these costs?
