Roles and Responsibilities

Employees and managers are both very important in implementing and maintaining Flexible Work Arrangements.  On the next page, you will find a list of some of their roles and responsibilities. 

Click on EMPLOYEE if the item listed is primarily the responsibility of the employee.  Click on MANAGER if the item listed is primarily the responsibility of the manager.  Click on BOTH if the item is primarily the responsibility of both employee and manager.
